Bug#785947: balder2d: diff for NMU version 1.0-1.2

Dear maintainer, The first NMU failed, because we hit a lintian autoreject on the bundled libtinyxml. I've had a shot at unbundling it. I've prepared an NMU for balder2d (versioned as 1.0-1.2) and uploaded it to DELAYED/2. Please feel free to tell me if I should delay it longer. Regards, SR
