Bug#785990: distcc: deprecation of python-support

Unstable got fixed by Luca, but also experimental needs this. Unluckily, distcc in experimental fails its tests since the switch to gcc-5. I tried to have a look at it, but i didn't manage to go anywhere. Would be useful if somebody tries to see whether they go somewhere useful... -- regards,
