Hi Christoph,
I can confirm, that SSL can be re-enabled after one successfull start of
postgres.
So the workaround for me was to disable ssl in postgresql.conf and
remove the links "server.cert" and "server.key" at
/var/lib/postgresql/9.1/main/. Now postgres should start normally. After
that ssl
