Could you please clarify the license of:
contrib/sa-wrapper.html
contrib/sa-postfix-en.html
claimed on source to be cc-by-nc-sa, thus non free (seems a commented left
over thus false positive)
If it is really a non free image please purge these files.
If it is a false positive please override like in
http://sources.debian.net/src/freecad/0.14.3702%2Bdfsg-3/debian/source/lintian-overrides/
and add a changelog entry and a full explanation on debian/copyright. You may
ask upstream to remove this cc-by-sa-nc tag on this file
