I have the same problem bug #784742, you can find there debug log for
systemd, here is the interesting part from it:

for some reason it think that I have many monitors connected. I'v
attached to the bug #784742 xrandr and the rest necessary information,
but got no reply for more than 2 months.
If this issue occur not only on mine laptop, it means I'm not crazy,
the problem really exists.
