Package: taopm
Version: 1.0-3
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

Taopm installs without problems, but when attempting to run any of the example
scripts which it puts in /usr/share/doc, eg. by running "tao test" the output
is as follows:

        Parsing "test.tao"
        Compiling "test.cc" to make "test.exe"

        Compilation failed for "test.cc"

Based on my reading of the online user's manual at
http://taopm.sourceforge.net/docs/online_userman/UserManual_1.html I believe
this command is supposed to produce an executable which in turn produces the
expected audio and graphical output when executed. AFAIK the Debian package
does not include a manual or manpage.

I note that the program is trying to compile a .exe file on a Debian system but
I don't know if that is the problem.
