I was trying to compile the (Milter) software mailfromd
(http://puszcza.gnu.org.ua/software/mailfromd/) which links to mailutils.
Unfortunately the libmu_argp is not included in then mailutils package you
currently build, but it's needed by mailfromd.

The developer of mailfromd (Sergey Poznyakoff - http://gray.gnu.org.ua/) kindly
explained the issue in this mailing list thread
http://mail.gnu.org.ua/mailman/listarchive/bug-mailfromd/2015-04/threads.html#00000
and also provided details on how to easily get
the library with a re-build from the source package of mailutils.

I kindly ask you to consider adding libmu_argp in the binary package per
default to allow easy deployment mailfromd on Debian.

Regards

Christian
