It's perfect. The flags section lists the hle extension (hardware lock elision)
which is responsible for this segfault.

So, I'm reassigning this bug to the tcl8.6 package. The bug is already forwarded
upstream, and I'm waiting for their input. Hopefully, it'll be fixed soon.
