Control: retitle -1 battery-stats: Patch used in NMU 0.3.6-1.2
I ended up fixing the root cause in libacpi ("AC" power supply showing
up as a battery, while it shoudn't), and this caused the workaround
patch I wrote for battery-stats to misbehave, so I decided to drop the
patch and instead
