Hm, I don't think so - I'm doing nothing out of the ordinary to be quite honest
or really "using" Docker, ie. nothing that wouldn't come up with someone else
building in namespaces, cgroups, etc. :)

I'm building under Docker; perhaps that has something to do with the
capabilities? "KeyError: 4" is something to do with CAP_FSETID according to
, but 4 isn't mentioned in oslo.privsep.capabilities.

reproduce the issue at all. So I wonder what I could do. Any idea what
could be different between your sbuild run and mine?

I can still reproduce this. I am using an up-to-date sid chroot, with no
reproducible "gotchas".
