Dear Maintainer,

this is mainly a bug report to keep track of blocking issues which need
to be fixed upstream:

In https://bugs.debian.org/555116 there is discussed if
libgetopt-mixed-perl should be removed from Debian. Currently there are
only two reverse dependencies left: cil and
fusionforge-plugin-globalsearch. You might have noticed that because
your package was at risk of being auto-removed from testing due to
issues in libgetopt-mixed-perl.

I've filed an according upstream bug report at
https://github.com/chilts/cil/issues/16 so that we can keep track of
this issue's progress at upstream via bts-link.

And via the blocking we can keep track, which reverse dependencies still
need to be fixed.
