Hello,

Whenever I use Firefox installed from Debian repositories with a non-English
language pack to browse the web, among the HTTP headers it sends:

> Accept-Language: en-US,en;q=0.5

However the preference intl.accept_language is set to "ru-RU, ru, en-US, en" by
default for me. This doesn't happen with upstream Firefox downloaded from
mozilla.org - for which in the headers I get:

> Accept-Language: ru-RU,ru;q=0.8,en-US;q=0.5,en;q=0.3

This is already a known issue, though I'm not sure if it was properly reported
to the maintainers. The Ubuntu team might know something about it, but I
haven't seen any mention of this problem on Debian mailing lists and
