Builds of cysignals in minimal environments geared for building only its architecture-dependent binary packages (as on the autobuilders, or with suitably tuned pbuilder or the like) have been failing: dh clean --with autoreconf --with python2,sphinxdoc --buildsystem=pybuild dh: unable to load addon sphinxdoc: Can't locate Debian/Debhelper/Sequence/sphinxdoc.pm in @INC (you may need to install the Debian::Debhelper::Sequence::sphinxdoc module) (@INC contains: [...]) at (eval 15) line 2. BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at (eval 15) line 2. Please either conditionalize the use of --with sphinxdoc appropriately or move python-sphinx from Build-Depends-Indep to Build-Depends.
