Same problem here, I can't update the Flash Player plugin, but with an
additional oddity.
This morning, running:
update-flashplugin-nonfree --status
was producing the following output:
Flash Player version installed on this system : 11.2.202.635
Flash Player version available on upstream site:

Version: 1:3.7

Having problem when try to upgrade de flashplugin to .643 version. The .asc
file is not found:

Debian testing is also affected. I just installed a new system on my
friends laptop and got the same error.

637 seems to be missing.
