Dear Maintainer,

I was debugging a failure of the Claws Mail Python plugin on Ubuntu
17.04. See LP: #1640217

https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/claws-mail/+bug/1640217

What I found out through gdb tracing the loading of the plugin is that
it tries to "import gtk", which means it imports that package's
__init__.py. However by default, claws-mail-python-plugin doesn't
depend on python-gtk2 (which is the package that owns that file), so
the import fails, and thus the loading of the plugin fails.

Given the reverse-depends on python-gtk2, I might not be normally
obvious that the dependency is missing, but it may not already be
installed on a fresh or minimal installation.
