Didier, note that rastertopdf was installed all the time, via the
cups-filters-core-drivers binary package. It serves for PWG Raster input
(so that the combo of CUPS and cups-filters emulates an IPP Everywhere
printer). Now with the new CUPS this rastertopdf understands Apple
Raster in
