symlinking postfix-pcre.so.1.0.1 to dict_pcre.so seems to be a temporary workaround Looks like updating postfix did not fix dynamicmaps.cf I had an outdated dynamicmaps.cf removing it and reinstalling postfix with -o DPkg::options::=--force-confmiss --reinstall fixed the issue.
