I supposed that the folder was _created_ by jwm, but neither folder "jwmrc" nor
".jwmrc" appeared again after deleting the former and it seems jwm must not
create any of them at all. I think it was my mistake.

i was not able to reproduce to problem, jwm should not use $HOME/jwmrc/ at
all, could you make sure that jwm is really using that folder for anything?
