Bug#849534: Fwd: Bug#850165: jwm: typo in the man page

I supposed that the folder was _created_ by jwm, but neither folder "jwmrc" nor ".jwmrc" appeared again after deleting the former and it seems jwm must not create any of them at all. I think it was my mistake. -- Ulyanich Michael
