If I configure netdata to bind to a specific, non-localhost IP, it does not start reliably, because the needed IP might not yet be available. This happens very frequently with IPv6 which takes a bit longer to be available on an interface because of DAD. The correct solution is to use After=network-online.target ... to ensure all IPs have been assigned.
