NRPE 3.2.1 hasn't been released yet, there is one open issue for that
milestone. I've included the commit as patch in the mean time.

There is a bug in 3.2.0 upstream that causes nrpe to fill logs rather rapidly
with
nrpe[27528]: ERROR: my_system() seteuid(0): Operation not permitted
The fix is upstream in commit 005e20f
