Doctest is non default testing framework in manaplus, and it not used in debian
package and probably will be never used. It can be used only if some issue with
catch.
In catch used some patches for report call stack in failures. and not up to
date catch version, because up to date version using

src:doctest just got accepted in Debian unstable and provides
/usr/include/doctest/doctest.h in doctest-dev. In order to reduce the use of
convenience copies, please patch manaplus to use this file instead of the
src/unittests/doctes
