Package: wireshark
Version: 2.2.6+g32dac6a-2+deb9u3
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

Wireshark has several problems on capturing packets via SSH
1) Can't use SSH RSA key
reproducible: always
steps:
Generate a SSH RSA key
$ ssh-keygen -t rsa -C "youruser@yourmachine"
Go on SSH remote capture: SSH
Set all the options
Set the generated RSA key from the dialog
The key will not be accepted
2) SSH password not memorized nor password dialog on connecting
reproducible: always
steps:
Go on SSH remote capture: SSH
Set all the options, password included
Connect
Close wireshark
Reopen it
Try to reconnect
See a message that welcomes you saying "Can't find a valid authentication"
without even prompting a insert password dialog

Also it would be nice that wireshark uses the settings in ~/.ssh/config
