Well, if the tensorflow deviation of eigen3 is too large,
I think it is allowed to use the embedded eigen3 for the
tensorflow.

I looked up the changelog and there are only several commits
between 3.3.5 and the snapshot version

I commited new upstream source to Git but there are quilt patches that
do not apply cleanly. I have no time to investigate this more deeply

I tried to build TensorFlow with the eigen3 library shipped by system
instead of a downloaded one during build time but it failed.
TensorFlow upstream uses the fd6845384b86 (2018-06-22) commit currently.
