ndctl fails to build in a clean chroot. This can be fixed by adding
bash-completion and systemd to Build-Depends.

It might be nice if the build system would allow building systemd
support without needing the systemd pkgconfig file, because some
people want to be able to build Debian packages without installing
systemd. Several other projects support this but I don't have the time
to work on that right now. (I use systemd anyway.)

There is also a mistake in debian/libndctl6-dev.install . Please
replace powerpc64le-linux-gnu with *
