Control: retitle -1 Ensure Mroonga plugin install/upgrade/uninstall
correctly automatically
Current status:
- mariadb-plugin-mroonga.postinst does the install
- mariadb-plugin-mroonga.prerm does the uninstalls
- both seem to run on upgrades
The current problem is that on upgrades
