I think that a versioned breaks shall be also added for the for the
pytables package.
pytables << 3.4.4-2
Pytables failed in their CI tests because versions earlier than 3.4.4-2
was incompatible with the new numpy 1.16.
A fix has been implemented in pytables package version 3.4.4-2 and
Package: python3-numpy
Version: 1:1.16.0~rc1-3
Dear Maintainer,
as discussed on debian-python@l.d.o (see below), you should add
versioned breaks for the packages that failed in their CI tests because
they are incompatible.
