Bug#920897: SPICE session's connection_id's are not unique

Control: tag -1 + wontfix .. Accoring to upstream, this is either not a bug or even if this is "fixed", it is not sufficient to distinguish different connections from _different_ spice servers. So I'm not really sure what to do here. To me this is notabug. Opinions? It's been almost 4 years.
