Package: avrdude Version: 6.3-20171130+svn1429-1 Severity: normal Programming of ATmega328p microcontrollers with a usbtiny-compatible (Pocket AVR) programmer is broken for me. The breakage was caused by upstream Patch #9728 [1], and this bug has been reported upstream [2].
