I have opted to upload the NMU onto DELAYED/15. Please let me know if I should
delay it longer or make more improvements before putting it into Sid.

Dear maintainer,
a new upstream version of flawfinder is available (2.0.9), which also
supports Python 3.
Please also make it use Python 3, as Python 2 will soon be unsupported.
