Hi,This bug got mentioned in a TC thread; it occurs to me that orphan-sysvinit-scripts might provide a home for these scripts (and has much of the ucf machinery available to DTRT with the conf-files).
Unless anyone feels very strongly, though, I'd suggest looking at this after the bullseye release (so early in the next release cycle rather than very late in this one).
