Motivation: Remove r-cran-nws (version 2.0.0.3-4) so that package 'nwsserver' can be removed Contexct: r-cran-nws is the only other client of nwsserver, and the reason nwsserver and nwsclient were packaged in the first place. nwsclient has already been removed (#937173), and nwserver (#937174) can once this goes through.
