Dear Maintainer,

If you run encfs with another locale, the yes/no questions are still checked
against "y" and "n" even if the locale does not use those.

For example, for es_UY.utf8:

$ encfs ~/.encrypted_data ~/normal_data
El directorio "/home/edu/.encrypted/" no existe. ¿Debería ser creado? (S,N)

To move on, you need to type "Y". Typing "S" will cancel the procedure.

(the en_US message is "The directory "/home/edu/.encrypted/" does not exist.
Should it be created? (y,n)" )
