cgal migrated to testing. The transition is finished after the
autoremoval of k3d and rheolef in a couple of days, or when their fixed,
whatever happens first.

problem in CGAL that I fixed in 5.0-5.

I'd like to request a transition slot for CGAL 5.0. The CGAL library is now
header-only, i.e., the two library packages "libcgal13" and "libcgal-qt5-14"
are now gone.
