I am sorry to be late, but I guess I have found the issue.
The function SetThreadPriority does not return properly
therefore the following function gets executed which writes
to somewhere, that causes later the crash below.
The build logs show a warning for this issue:
Control: severity -1 serious
Control: tags -1 confirmed
