A small update here: v246 provides a build switch -Dstandalone-binaries=true: ` option('standalone-binaries', type : 'boolean', value : 'false', description : 'also build standalone versions of supported binaries') ` Atm, those supported binaries are systemd-tmpfiles and systemd-sysusers.
