Package: eom Version: 1.22.2-1 Severity: normal eom does open Canon CR2 files, but they appear blank (transparant).
I made some images with Canon 5D Mk III, and the only thing that eom shows is Size (5760x3840 pixels), and blank (tranparent) content. In the view and in Image collection the image content is not displayed. Clicking Details in the Properties pane doesn't show correct information either, and shows the last correct image (usually some random JPEG) with some random metadata from the last correct image, not currently opened file. There are no errors or warning of any kind on the stdout or stderr during open. Interstingly after opening eom, and CR2 file, I see no dcraw or any other similar raw libraries (libraw) loaded. Only jpeg, png, webp and few others. Maybe if the CR2 files are not supported, they should not be displayed in the Image collection and accepted to be opened?
