dbus-glib is a deprecated D-Bus library with some significant design
flaws, and is essentially unmaintained. As announced in [0], I would
like to minimize its use, and eventually remove it from Debian.
efax-gtk Build-Depends on libdbus-glib-1-dev, but its README says:
gtk+3 >= 2.99.0, dbus-glib >= 0.70 and libtiff must be installed,
except that dbus-glib is not required if glib >= 2.26.0.
GLib 2.26 is about 10 years old, so the libdbus-glib-1-dev Build-Depends
should be unnecessary now.
If efax-gtk has other uses of dbus-glib that I have missed,
