is missing. This bug is RC as cbp2make is unable to be binNMU'd.

This issue was originally reported in Ubuntu as
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/cbp2make/+bug/1871579.
Since the only difference between the Debian and Ubuntu verison was
a rebuild, that seemed strange.
