Can confirm that the patch also works with the debian-based sendmail -
amavisd-milter - amavisd-new - SA setup.
The consequence of triggering ALL_TRUSTED was that SA skipped all the
RBL lookups.

when mail passed through milter connection is scanned, it hits ALL_TRUSTED
SA rule, because it treats mail as originating:
