I tried to reassign and merge #963864 into #939719. This resulted in the BTS erroring out due to #821130 being archived and requesting that I filed a bug for it (hereby done). I have *not* retried after unarchiving #821130. I presume it works, but I also assumed you wanted to be able to review the situation before we cleaned it up.
