heh yeah, I meant it was paraview upstream that was forcing us to use the funny location. It's paraview that we (with you) have been getting to change. Debian has paraview 5.7.0 which is still looking in /usr/bin/plugins. We'll be able to clear it up in meshio-tools once paraview is upgraded.
