Just wanted to update that my machine updated to
chromium/83.0.4103.116-1~deb10u2 and the bug is still present.
At first I thought it was fixed because I was able to run speed tests at
testmy.net and speedtest.net without crashing. It will actually run these
without crashing now.

Most people are complaining about YouTube -- I wanted to clarify this is
happening on all websites that push a lot of data.
