Bug#968026: Depends need to be updated for the new libhinawa

Package: hinawa-utils Version: 0.2.0-2 python3-hinawa-utils depends on gir1.2-hinawa-2.0 but the gir version changed to 3.0 in the recent update https://packages.qa.debian.org/libh/libhinawa/news/20200713T110020Z.html Which means the package is not installable anymore
