Package: bash-completion Version: 1:2.11-2 Severity: minor * What led up to the situation?
1.) Using version 1:2.9-1 and 2.) Typing $ egrep -i keyword $( find ~kin^I 3.) but bash hung, and didn't respond to pressing control-c. I expected pressing the tab key to let bash-completion complete "~kin" to ~kingsley/. * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or ineffective)? 1.) Upgrading to version 1:2.11-2 2.) launching a new shell 3.) completion worked!
