Those difference have resolved good enough for now.
I can now cleanly build from git.

Done, it is #3 as of now (I removed some old ones -- should I remove all
but the last one?). I skipped adding anything for now: the "examples"
thing is not yet released in upstream, that was an er

I did recieve that as "Yeah, an upload is fine". So I did.
`msc-generator` is in the NEW queue[1].
