Here's my preseed.cfg, it's only minor changes from the example file found
here: https://www.debian.org/releases/stable/example-preseed.txt

However, this is before I've provided it to the system. This happens when
trying to configure the network. I don't enter the URL for the preseed file
until after configuring the network...
