node-express-generator isn't compatible with current node-commander and

I'm about to upload a newer version that works with 3.0 but apparently
it's not ready for 3.2 yet. A test build resulted in test failures
that I just reported to upstream:

I found the problem:
The fetchmail config said "tls1" instead of "tls1+", and
apparently the email hoster enforces tls1.2 now.
Which is good.
