eglibc 2.17 is in unstable now and this bug causes FTBFS of my package
eiskaltdcpp. I think other packages affected by this bug will be found after
archive rebuild tests [1]. Please fix the problem in one way or another.

Yes, I was surprised today when package was uploaded.
I saw logs [1][2] and found 10 successful builds and 6 failed builds.
Package was built successfully when I tested it in my pbuilder...

Author asked [1] which locale are you using?
He rechecked that Russian language is not hardcoded as a default language.
On first launch spellchecker language is determined by your locale settings.
Also you may want to subscribe to bug-report in upstream and talk directly with
developer.
