I've build a clean stable testsytem (qemu* 1:2.1+dfsg-12+deb8u2). This Bug is existing also there. A partial downgrade to wheezy isn't possible. After I've seen the list of packages, I presume xserver-xorg-video-modsettings and ABI-18 is the source of the problem.
