Hi,
Indeed, according to upstream webpage [1] the font is released under a
Open Font License. I wasn't able, though to find the License itself - or
any mention of it - in the upstream tarball.
I also tried my luck with the Debian package repository, but

Might be that I'm mistaken or that Junicode is dual-licensed or
something, but the upstream page (junicode.sf.net) says the font is
licensed under the Open Font License. However, debian/copyright
reports that the license is GPL-2.
